Delivery Details

At Madeline Meadow, we aim to process and deliver every order as efficiently as possible. Below you can find an overview of our shipping timeline and important delivery information.

Daily order cut-off: 17:00 (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (New York)
Order preparation time: 1–2 working days
Shipping time: 4–6 working days after dispatch
Shipping cost: Free delivery Applies to all orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 5–8 business days in total, which includes both order preparation and shipping time.

After your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel until delivery.


Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed by sending a request to support@madelinemeadow.com. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you may still send the item back in accordance with our Refund Policy. In such cases, the return shipping fee will usually be paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake when processing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives with a problem — such as a damaged product, incorrect size, wrong color, or manufacturing defect — please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, email support@madelinemeadow.com. and provide the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

  • A brief explanation of what went wrong

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by us, we will organize either a replacement product or a full refund, and we will also cover the return shipping costs when applicable.


Delivery Delays

Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days from the purchase date.

If your package has not arrived within this timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days, as shipping carriers sometimes experience unexpected delays.

If the package still has not arrived after this additional time, please contact us at support@madelinemeadow.com. Our team will look into the situation and assist you until the issue is resolved.
