2. Steps to Request a Return or Exchange
Starting a return or exchange is simple. Please follow the process below:

Pack the item securely in its original condition and include your invoice or a note with your order number.

Ship the package to the address provided by our support team.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will proceed with the appropriate refund or exchange.
3. Refund Process
Once your return has been delivered to us and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is the result of a defective item or an error made by our team.
